3. Shipping & Fulfilment

Depending on product availability and destination, orders may be shipped directly from one of our trusted fulfilment partners.
In certain countries, local customs authorities may apply import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees. Where applicable, these charges remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

7. Delivery Responsibility
Once the shipping carrier confirms that an order has been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
Andrew Cooper London cannot accept responsibility for packages that are marked as delivered but are subsequently lost, stolen, or misplaced at the delivery location.
We recommend checking with household members, neighbors, building management, or your local delivery carrier before contacting our support team.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately.
Address changes may only be possible before your order enters processing and cannot be guaranteed once fulfilment has begun.
